Maggie Andraws, M.A., LMHC

I’m a highly relational therapist who believes the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. Having worked in the tech industry, I understand firsthand the strain of navigating a high-pressure career while trying to show up fully in every other area of life, and how much that tension can quietly wear on you over time.

I work with driven professionals and executives navigating the demands of high-intensity environments. The pressure to produce, the fear of falling short, the relationships and personal needs that keep getting deprioritized... the toll, though often invisible, is very real. In our work together, we’ll address what’s driving that cycle and build something more sustainable. Common areas of focus include burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, work-life balance, leadership stress, and ADHD in high-performance settings.

I also provide counseling for individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that strain even the closest relationships. Whether supporting an individual seeking greater self-understanding or a family working through a difficult season, this work is about creating space for honest conversation and lasting change.

I’m certified in Lifespan Integration, an approach that helps identify patterned responses while strengthening emotional regulation and self-structure. As a certified SYMBIS facilitator, I provide couples counseling and premarital counseling, supporting couples in exploring their psychological, emotional, and spiritual foundations at any stage of their relationship journey.

In our first session, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and begin building an individualized treatment plan around your immediate needs and longer-term goals. Over time, the aim is for you to leave with greater self-awareness, a stronger set of coping tools, and a clearer sense of how to move forward.

My approach is holistic. Healing involves more than simply addressing the presenting problem. It’s about understanding your past, navigating the present, and feeling genuinely equipped for what’s ahead across every dimension of your well-being.

When I’m not in session, I enjoy traveling, baking, practicing hot yoga, and spending time with my family, fur-family, and friends.

The right support can make all the difference, and it begins with a single conversation. I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where real work — and real growth — can happen.
