Leanne Konzelman, M.A., LMHC, PMH-C

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Founder of Novo Life Counseling, I am passionate about supporting women through the many transitions and demands of life. I specialize in women’s mental health, including perinatal and postpartum support, helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum anxiety and depression, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the balance of personal and professional responsibilities. I also work closely with working professionals experiencing stress, burnout, perfectionism, work-life balance concerns, and personal growth challenges.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in helping clients better understand how life experiences, relationships, family-of-origin dynamics, and current environments influence the choices they make and the way they care for themselves. I consider therapy a journey of growth, self-awareness, and empowerment, where we work together to build practical tools, confidence, and lasting change.

In addition to individual counseling, I work with couples who are dating, engaged, or married, helping strengthen communication, connection, and healthy relationship patterns. I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS facilitator, and I provide couples with practical tools to build strong foundations and deepen their understanding within their relationships. I also offer Co-Therapy for couples.

Before founding Novo Life Counseling with my husband, Drew Konzelman, in 2014, I spent more than 10 years working in management and director-level roles for major Seattle-based companies, giving me a firsthand understanding of corporate culture, leadership demands, and the unique challenges women face in professional environments. I also have experience counseling college students in a university setting.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me playing soccer, learning how to garden, or adventuring outdoors with our kids.

Consider our time together as a journey and process in learning more about who you are and where you are headed. I look forward to working with you!
