As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, I am committed to developing a positive and helpful partnership with each client during the therapy process. I am passionate about helping clients live life to the fullest. My general practice areas include working with couples, teens, and adults. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and work-life balance. I address family-of-origin issues and look at how our environment, life experience, and current relationships affect the choices and decisions we make.
I work with couples who are dating, engaged, or married. I am a trained and certified PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS facilitator and provide tools to help strengthen a couple's relationship in order to build a healthy foundation. I also offer Co-Therapy to couples. To learn more, click here.
In addition to my private practice, I have previously worked in a university setting, counseling college-age students, and have ten plus years' experience working for major Seattle-based companies. I understand corporate and business settings as they pertain to work-life balance. I am experienced with workplace issues including; women in the workplace, personal growth and development, self-esteem building, and stress management. In-office or video sessions available.

Individual Counseling: $135 - 50 minutes
Couples Counseling: $150 - 50 minutes
Co-Therapy with Drew and Leanne: $225 - 50 minutes
