If you have questions about the process of working with us, we’d love to get some of the big ones out of the way up front. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, and make the intake process as efficient as possible.

 

Here is what you can expect:

STEP 1

Click the booking link at the bottom of this page. This will allow you to choose your therapist, location, and a session time that is convenient for you. If you want to learn more about our team members you can click here. If you know who you’d like to work with, please continue to step 2.

STEP 2

One of our experienced team members will send you an email from SimplePractice with a link to the portal where you will fill out your necessary paperwork. You will create a login and password, and you will submit payment information (credit, debit, or HSA card number) for the session.

STEP 3

At this point you have done the most important stuff. Now you can sit back, relax, and look forward to our first session together. If if would make you feel more comfortable, feel free to lookup directions to our office (Kirkland or Puyallup), or browse our blog for some encouraging reads.

STEP 4

Show up 5-10 minutes before the session. We have a private waiting room for you to relax in with water, coffee, and tea. Your therapist will meet you there. If by chance we are running behind schedule, don’t stress. We will see to it that you get your full session in.
