Self-care is about taking time for YOU. It is unique for everyone. It is taking the time to care for your body, your soul, and your mind. It re-charges you, renews you, and leaves you feeling refreshed. It can be doing something that brings you joy like, traveling, spending quality time with friends, working out, eating healthy, meditating, resting or adventuring out in nature.
