I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and work-life balance. I address family-of-origin issues and look at how our environment, life experience, and current relationships affect the choices and decisions we make.
I work with couples who are dating, engaged, or married. I am a trained and certified PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS facilitator and provide tools to help strengthen a couple's relationship in order to build a healthy foundation. I also offer Co-Therapy to couples.
In addition to my private practice, I previous experience working in a university setting, counseling college-age students. I also have 10+ years of experience working for major Seattle-based companies, and I understand corporate and business settings as they pertain to work-life balance. I am experienced with workplace issues including; women in the workplace, personal growth and development, self-esteem building, and stress management.
Consider our time together as a journey and process in learning more about who you are and where you are headed.
